Service packages and services should be actively managed. We offer competent support for this. The Dürkopp Service Delivery Management ensures that individually agreed service levels are achieved.
Analyzes support us in making recommendations for optimizing your system. As part of the evaluation of individual criteria, your personal contact will give you an overview of the status of your system. The focus is on performance. Together we are constantly working on improvements.
Our service delivery management is individual. Whether daily, weekly or monthly, whether at your premises or at our office: We develop the service based on your requirements!
On request, the service is available for contract customers up to 24/7. Optionally, the service hotline can be extended to include permanent server monitoring.
For customers without a service contract, the help desk can be reached by phone during our regular office hours.
A Dürkopp administrator dials into your server once a month in order to manually view and check the various logs. An automated warning system supports the identification of a wide variety of anomalies
System monitoring and capacity management
Dürkopp monitors the installed software and hardware, as well as the communication to WMS or ERP systems. Notifications are triggered when problems or abnormal readings occur.
Dürkopp spare parts management supports you in all questions about Dürkopp spare parts: from the compilation of an individual spare parts package, to the replacement of used spare parts, to the conception and organization of your spare parts warehouse.
In addition to ordering spare parts, the Dürkopp shop offers extensive documentation of spare parts. Your Dürkopp system is displayed online; only what is installed at your site can be ordered. This data is visualized with drawings in 2D format, models in 3D format, photos, documents and circuit diagrams.
Dürkopp spare parts cabinet
All your important spare parts in one place. The spare parts cabinet contains all the important spare parts for your system, sorted and labeled, filed and organized. This gives you a direct overview and access to everything, and missing parts are immediately apparent. Reorders can be placed directly in the Dürkopp shop.
