DFT's Ecoflow™ offers the solution for the requirements formulated by Mayoral. By adding the EcoPocket®, not only hanging garments but also flat goods can be optimally integrated. All hanging garments are automatically fed into the roll adapter system, while the flat packed items are fed into the system at separate loading stations on the ground floor.

Ecopocket®: Automated sorting and sequencing

Thanks to the fully automatic feeding and positioning of the Ecopocket®, the Spanish clothing manufacturer was able to significantly increase its production speed. At the same time, the error rate was minimised. The simple integration into existing lines – without time-consuming changeover times – was particularly impressive. For Mayoral, this meant more output with consistently high quality.

Ecoflow® at Mayoral: Precise individual part conveying for hanging garments

The Ecoflow® increased the processing speed by precisely conveying and sorting sensitive materials. The combination with existing systems worked seamlessly and supported Mayoral’s goal of streamlining and seamlessly integrating processes. Thanks to RFID coding, every part is digitally recorded from this moment and can be localised in the system at any time, to control its production processes precisely and respond flexibly to requirements.
