AutoPocket® offers modular components for creative solution designs and several new use cases. Combined use cases create innovative process designs with new efficiency in eCommerce and Retail fulfillment centers. From incoming goods sorting, sequencing of order items at the packing station to outbound good sortation, AutoPocket® makes a valuable contribution to intralogistics. The ability to open and deliver items while at full speed opens up new possibilities for automation for order packing and shipping process.

Based on DFT's "Order Streaming" fulfillment orders can be prioritized by order type, customer type or by CEP provider.

With a performance of 7,500 items/hour system performance and 10.000 items/hour technical performance, items measuring up to 600 x 400 x 150mm (HxWxD) and weighing up to 3kg can be processed. The ability to open and deliver items while at full speed opens up new possibilities for automation in the loading and packaging process.

Optional functional extensions

Interesting additional functions can be integrated for new systems, but also in existing systems.

Dynamic buffer

The dynamic buffer is an optional system component for items that are not assigned to an order. This component is therefore suitable for so-called pre-picks and return items.

Automatic Loading

Pockets can be loaded automatically via a robot arm if required. The articles are transferred to the DFT EcoPocket® or AutoPocket® from KLT containers or via spring base trolleys.

Automatic Packing

Right-size shipping cartons around the items to be shipped or skillfully thread them into the shipping bag. The automatic or semi-automatic integration of packaging machines is another option for DFT EcoPocket® / AutoPocket® systems.

Scalability

From small systems for incoming goods sorting with 20,000 pockets to extensive complete systems for incoming goods sorting, order compilation for eCommerce and store orders with combined dispatch sorting and more than 1,000,000 pockets.

Throughput

7,500 pockets per hour system throughput per module. 10,000 bags/hour technical throughput. The number of modules per system is not technically limited.

Special features

A dynamic buffer can be integrated into the AutoPocket® system to store return items or pre-picks for quick and efficient access in the production process.
