Fnac Darty, based in Ivry sur Seine, specializes in the distribution of entertainment products (books, pre-recorded audio medias and consumer electronics). The Dürkopp pocket sortation system used in the distribution center in Massy was expanded as part of an overall expansion of the material handling systems. Acting as the general contractor, KNAPP AG supplied additional technology (tote conveyor technology and 1 OSR shuttle aisle). The required steel mezzanine structure was supplied by our French partner company CMC.
