The processes of the pocket sorter can be individually adapted to your needs. Pocket loading can be adapted to your processes and can be carried out automatically or manually. The option of automatic or manual induct, as well as automatic drop of items, minimizes manual effort throughout the entire intralogistics process. The ability to open the AutoPocket® during the journey at full speed and to dispense items opens up completely new possibilities for automation in various distribution processes.

Smooth Product Drop of the AutoPocket®

The pocket sorter offers gentle product dispensing that is specially tailored to the needs of individual items. The use of different end stations ensures that products are transferred gently and safely, preventing damage. In special cases, individual custom solutions can be implemented to meet the requirements of a wide variety of items. These customized approaches ensure optimal handling and increase the efficiency of the entire unloading process.

Pocket Sorter with flexible Buffer System

The optional dynamic buffer of the pocket sorter also enables particularly efficient handling of returns and pre-picks. These can be loaded directly into the AutoPocket® and wait in the buffer until they are needed to be integrated quickly and fully automatically into the sorting process. The buffer can significantly improve the efficiency and speed of the entire process by avoiding bottlenecks and ensuring smooth integration of the items into the next processing step.

With a system performance of 7,500-10,000 bags/hour and 10,000-13,000 bags/hour technical performance, items up to a dimension of 600 x 400 x 150mm (HxWxD) and a weight of up to 3kg can be processed. Optional functional Extensions of the Pocket Sorter

Dynamic Buffer

The dynamic buffer is an optional system component for items that are not assigned to an order. This component is therefore suitable for so-called pre-picks and return items.

Ein Roboterarm, der ein flaches Objekt hält, befindet sich in einer modernen Industrieanlage. Der Arm trägt die Aufschrift „KNAPP“ und ist von einem Netzwerk aus Kabeln und Maschinen umgeben. Die Umgebung hat eine hohe, weiße Decke mit freiliegenden Leitungen und Beleuchtung.

Automated Induct

Pockets can be loaded automatically via a robot arm if required. The articles are transferred to the DFT EcoPocket® or AutoPocket® from KLT containers or via spring base trolleys.

Customize shipping cartons around the goods to be shipped or skilfully thread them into the shipping bag. The automatic or semi-automatic connection of packaging machines is another option for DFT EcoPocket® / AutoPocket® systems.
