Optimized single-item transport with EcoFlow® for clothing on hangers

EcoFlow® adapter technology was developed specifically for garments on hangers (GoH) and offers an advanced solution for single-item conveying and sequencing. EcoFlow® consolidates items from different storage areas and buffers them to start production waves at defined times.

Automated consolidation and sorting of individual parts

Individual items from different storage areas can be consolidated and buffered so that they can be sorted and sequenced at a defined time. The individual order items are transported on roller adapters and automatically and precisely transferred to the packing or shipping process at the right time and in the correct order.

Each adapter in the EcoFlow® system is equipped with an RFID chip that enables the identification, tracking, and individual control of each item in the system.

Hanging the individual items on hangers in the roll adapter and linking the item data to the RFID chip is fully automated. Hanging garments from manual or GarmentFlow® systems can also be transferred to the adapter automatically.
