Find your sorter solution in 5 steps

Automated sorting systems enable fast and precise handling of parcels, orders, or production materials. However, choosing the ideal solution can be challenging – especially when individual requirements must be aligned with high standards for quality and seamless operations. Discover which system from our sorter portfolio is the right fit for you – fast, uncomplicated, and reliable!

Question 1/5

In which industry should the sorter be used?

Question 2/5

Which use case should be mapped?

Question 3/5

What is the maximum weight of the objects (excluding special objects)?

Special objects are products that only occur in small quantities and exceed the upper weight limit. Designing the automated sorting system for special objects would possibly lead to oversizing.

Question 4/5

What is the maximum height of the regular objects (without special dimensions)?

Special sizes of products that only occur in small numbers and exceed the upper product dimensions. Designing the automated sorting system for special dimensions would possibly lead to an unwanted restriction of the sorter technology.

Question 5/5

What is the maximum number of items to be sorted per hour?

Your ideal sorter solution: Split-Tray Sorter

The horizontal Push Tray Sorter effortlessly handles small to large, light to heavy items in various shapes and packaging. Thanks to the innovative push technology, even delicate items are sorted safely and without damage. The use of ascending and descending sections allows almost any line layout.

The vertical design of the Push Tray Sorter as a line sorter enables the best sorting results with minimal space requirements, which is optimally utilized by the double-sided arrangement of the target points.

The Split-Tray Sorter (Bomb Bay Sorter) is ideal for eCommerce and store sorting tasks with high throughput and is designed to process a wide range of goods sizes.

The running gear, which is based on components from our company that have been used thousands of times, allows the items to be sorted to be transported in curves on both sides and on inclines and declines, making the Cross Belt Sorter an extremely flexible, three-dimensional sorting system.

AutoPocket® is a new innovative intralogistics solution in the pocket sorter segment for sequencing and sorting of eCommerce and store supply tasks.
