Parcel+Post Expo in Amsterdam is the world’s leading trade fair for the postal and parcel industry – and DFT was right in the thick of it. With our own booth, we sent out a strong message: we develop proven solutions that meet the growing demands of the industry.
Hands-on technology – enthusiasm for our exhibits
A particular highlight at the trade fair was our exhibit showcasing the combination of a Push Tray Sorter with the AutoPocket. In this application, both deliver to the same destination. This unique combination ensures maximum flexibility: pockets for light, small, or bulky items or parcels, FlatSorter for large and heavy packages—all in one system. The direct feedback from visitors was overwhelming: the live exhibits, although static, were particularly well received by visitors. With hands-on technology, they were able to see the quality of our solutions for themselves.
The combination of AutoPocket and Push Tray in particular sparked many ideas and led to exciting discussions – especially on topics such as returns management and the challenges of e-commerce.
We also presented the Cross Belt Sorter, which has proven to be the optimal solution for large and heavy products in the postal and parcel industry. With its ability to sort a wide variety of shipment formats reliably and quickly, it meets the high throughput requirements of complex networks.
Intensive exchange with the industry
The trade fair was characterized by exciting discussions, new contacts, and genuine interest in our solutions. Particularly pleasing: the feedback on our expanded portfolio was consistently positive. The versatility of our systems meets a wide range of customer requirements.
With our expanded sorting solutions, customers can now obtain hanging and flat sorters from a single source – an advantage that was particularly well received at the trade fair. The modularity of our systems makes it possible to quickly and easily create customized offers that are precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements. This means we not only offer flexibility, but also significantly simplified planning for a wide variety of applications.
This feedback shows that we are on the right track. Our modular and flexible sorting technology meets the exact requirements of the market.
A strong trade fair year for DFT
With IMHX in Birmingham and Parcel+Post Expo in Amsterdam, we reached two important milestones in 2025. Both events gave us the opportunity to present our expanded sorting solutions to an international audience of experts and to make valuable contacts. The response was clear: demand for flexible, modular, and high-performance sorting systems is growing – and DFT is ideally positioned to meet these requirements.
These two trade fair appearances underscore our strategy of expanding our global presence and establishing ourselves as a leading provider of innovative sorting technology.
A look into the future
And we are going one step further: in 2026, we will be back again – at the Parcel+Post Expo in London. With new ideas and the clear goal of further defining the standards in sorting technology.
