The Parcel + Post Expo 2026 in London is now behind us, and we look back on two successful exhibition days filled with engaging conversations, new connections, and valuable market insights. As one of the leading international meeting points for the parcel, postal, and CEP industries, the event brought together operators, integrators, and technology providers from around the world.
Together with DMS, our partner for last mile distributions, DFT welcomed numerous visitors from the international parcel and postal sector. The exhibition provided an excellent platform to strengthen existing customer relationships, discuss new project opportunities, and address current industry challenges. Our team held in-depth discussions with parcel operators, postal organizations, integrators, and technology partners from across Europe, the UK, and beyond.
At booth E30, the focus was on the industry’s key challenges: increasing shipment volumes, a growing variety of parcel formats, and the demand for flexible, future-ready automation solutions. Together with our visitors, we explored how modern sorting technologies can help improve operational efficiency and support future growth.
Many visitors learned more about the application potential of AutoPocket, Push Tray, Cross Belt, and Split Tray Sorters and discussed specific use cases and projects with our team. The strong interest once again confirmed that flexible sorting concepts are becoming increasingly important.
New 3D Configurator for Vertical Push Tray Sorters
Another highlight was the introduction of our new 3D Sorter Configurator for horizontal Push Tray Sorters. Demonstrated live at the exhibition, the solution enables users to quickly configure initial system layouts and helps transform project requirements into concrete solution concepts at an early stage.
Feedback from visitors was very positive. Many attendees recognized significant potential in being able to evaluate and qualify project ideas much faster during the early planning phase.
In addition to the 3D Configurator, DFT’s sorting technologies attracted considerable attention. Visitors explored AutoPocket, Push Tray, Split Tray, and Cross Belt Sorters and discussed their applications in modern parcel and postal operations.
Visits to the New DFT Sorter Test Center
Alongside numerous new contacts, we were pleased to meet many existing customers and partners in person. As a direct result of the exhibition, several visitors will be visiting the new DFT Sorter Test Center in Borgholzhausen to experience the technologies under real-world operating conditions.
The positive response reinforces our approach of combining proven sorting technologies with digital tools and practical, customer-focused consulting.
