IMHX in Birmingham, the UK’s leading trade show for intralogistics, was a true highlight for our company last week. For the very first time, we showcased our solutions with our own booth – a major strategic milestone aimed at strengthening our presence in the European market and presenting our expanded portfolio to a broad audience of logistics experts.
Setting up our first own booth represented more than just visibility; it was a clear commitment to innovation and market expansion. Our teams took the opportunity to discuss the latest developments in sorting technology and gain a deeper understanding of our customers’ specific challenges. The positive feedback confirmed that our focus on modular, flexible, and high-performance systems is exactly the right path forward.
Innovation Up Close: Spotlight on Our Portfolio
At the heart of our presentation were our core high-speed sorting technologies: the Push Tray Sorter, the Split Tray Sorter, and our proven Cross Belt Sorter.
Because it doesn’t offer much value to set up a complete sorter at a trade fair, we made the decision to exhibit real sorter trays and the cross belt conveyor. This “hands-on moment” allowed visitors to experience the quality, durability, and precision of our components firsthand and intuitively understand how our systems work.
The exhibition days were marked by intense and constructive exchanges, and our new sorter solutions sparked strong interest among attendees.

A Milestone in Intralogistics
Our decision to have a prominent presence at IMHX in Birmingham with our own exhibition stand underscores our ambition to set new standards in efficiency, throughput, and flexibility in a dynamic logistics environment. The trade fair provided the ideal platform to position ourselves as a forward-thinking intralogistics solution provider.
We were especially pleased with the feedback from customers and prospects regarding our expanded portfolio. The numerous in-depth technical discussions confirmed that our broader approach to sorting technology is well received. It shows our customers that we offer flexible, tailored solutions for a wide range of requirements – from compact applications to high-performance systems.
The deep engagement with our exhibits played a key role in helping customers and prospects clearly understand our expanded capabilities and recognize the added value for their logistics processes.
Success Factor: Organization and Partners
The overall positive experience in Birmingham was further enhanced by the excellent organization of IMHX. We would like to commend the organizers for their outstanding work and for providing a first-class event location that offered the ideal setting for productive professional conversations.
We also extend our sincere thanks to our colleagues at KNAPP. Their dedicated and strategic support made our booth debut significantly easier. This strong partnership enables us to efficiently implement global projects and offer our customers comprehensive expertise and reliability.
Conclusion and Preview
IMHX was more than just a trade show for us; it was a valuable investment in future partnerships and in strengthening our image as an innovative intralogistics expert. The contacts we made and the in-depth discussions we had form a solid foundation for the months ahead. We look forward to continuing the conversations started in Birmingham and to implementing our powerful sorting solutions worldwide.
The positive response reinforces our strategy to consistently focus on quality, flexibility, and maximum customer proximity. We’re already looking forward to our next trade show: Parcel + Post Expo in Amsterdam.
