The modular Push Tray Sorter - with 5 core principles for a future-proof solution

With our Push Tray Sorter, we rely on a modular system architecture - for fast implementation, low costs and maximum adaptability. The following principles show how we put this concept into practice:

🧩 Standardization

Standardized hardware and software components ensure scalability, lower costs and a faster time to market.

🌿 Quiet running technology

Energy-efficient and low-noise - for better working conditions and reduced operating costs.

⚙️ Pre-assembled modules

Faster installation and commissioning at the customer's premises, minimizing downtime.

🧠 Automated electrical design

Automatic generation of circuit diagrams and PLC code increases accuracy and reduces the error rate.

🔌Simple integration via API

Thanks to the OpenAPI interface and comprehensive documentation, software connection is quick and uncomplicated - even before physical installation.

Split Tray Sorter

The Split Tray Sorter is ideal for sorting flat items such as clothing, books and pharmaceutical products. At the target point, the tray opens and the product falls into a container, box or onto a chute.

Advantages at a glance:

  • Low maintenance and manageable initial investment.
  • Automatic or manual product loading possible.
  • Central barcode capture directly on the sorter.
  • Different tray sizes for different product sizes.

Push Tray Sorter vertikal

The vertical design of the Push Tray Sorter offers optimum sorting results with minimum space requirements. The arrangement of the target points on both sides means that the available space is used efficiently.

Advantages at a glance:

  • Efficient use of space thanks to vertical arrangement.
  • Simultaneous sorting of a wide variety of items.
  • Precise and gentle ejection of products.
  • Use of modular components for easy adaptation and expansion.
  • Low operating costs and fast serviceability.

Cross Belt Sorter

The Cross Belt Sorter is based on tried-and-tested components and enables an extremely flexible, three-dimensional structure thanks to ascending and descending sections as well as curves on both sides.

Advantages at a glance:

  • Gentle infeed and outfeed minimizes damage and maintains product quality
  • Belts arranged crosswise to the direction of travel for picking up and discharging a wide variety of items.
  • Three-dimensional design for maximum flexibility
  • Patented energy management and communication system for minimum downtimes.
